great access to parks and local distilleries for a fun weekend

I loved how close we were to both Q'emiln Park and Up North Distillery, making our weekend strolls enjoyable and adventure-filled, and even though there were some hiccups with our stay, exploring the surrounding parks added a nice touch to our trip.

Decent Stay with Some Highlights

I enjoyed the friendly staff and their efforts to assist with my pet. The breakfast options were delightful, particularly the fresh fruit and pastries. However, some areas need attention—for a smoother experience, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend rest

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with the added benefit of a later check out that allowed us some much-needed rest after a long drive, as well as a clean indoor swimming pool to enjoy during our stay.

not great but not the worst

Clean room with a comfortable king bed and sofa for lounging. Had essentials like a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. TV had cable channels, but sound was weird. Only good part was the breakfast. they had scrambled eggs and sausage with coffee. Air conditioning worked well, but I could hear outside noise a bit at night.

the stay was enjoyable with comfy beds and a nice breakfast selection. the warm, clean pool was a hit for my family, making our time in post falls memorable. definitely appreciated the friendly service that exceeded our expectations compared to other places we’ve been.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pretty nice time. The staff was super friendly and loaded us up with extra coffee. The pool was a hit with my daughter and me. Just wished there was a second chair in the room for watching TV comfortably. Breakfast was hit or miss, tho.

i had a pleasant stay at surestay plus hotel by best western. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. our king room was clean and well-maintained. it was great to have an indoor heated pool to enjoy anytime. i appreciated that they loaded us up with extra coffee and creamers!

We enjoyed playing billiards and visiting the nearby Silverwood Theme Park. The staff was friendly, and our room was tidy and comfy. Breakfast was decent too. Just a heads-up, book early for the best rates. I’d recommend this place for a fun getaway with friends.

The young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and made check-in a breeze. The mountain view from our room was delightful and really enhanced our stay.

Despite the convenient access to the I-90, some road noise affected our sleep.

Our family had a great time at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Post Falls. The room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, perfect for our kids. The breakfast options were tasty, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

The property could use some outdoor maintenance.

The room was clean and stocked well, but the noisy neighbors and poor room cleanliness in the first room left me disappointed. Breakfast was a plus, though!

We spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and I really enjoyed the warm indoor pool and the breakfast options, but the high-pitched refrigerator noise was quite annoying.

The decor was cozy with a warm ambiance, perfect for relaxation. I felt safe navigating the hotel, as it had easy access for seniors, with helpful staff always on hand.

More seating available by the pool would be nice.
